Apricot Trees
Apricots are truly a fruit that needs to be grown at home. Sweet and delectable. They like a sunny location with well drained soil. Bears in 2-3 years. Reaches a height of 12-15 feet.

Moorepark - Very large fruit. Deep yellow with an orange red blush. Juicy, sweet, deep orange flesh. Excellent quality. Good for fresh eating, canning and drying. Has beautiful showy, pinkish white blossoms in spring. Long ripening period extends from early July to late August. Self-fertile. 600-700 chill hours. Zones 4-9.
Blenheim – Extremely popular. Medium to Large fruit. Skin soft yellow with orange cheek. Very juicy, orange, freestone flesh. Sweet aromatic flavor sets the standard for apricots. Self-fertile Requires 500 chill hours.
