Opportunity is a beautiful white seeded grape released in 2016 by the University of Arkansas.  Opportunity grows in tight bunches without being very susceptible to rot.  The variety is very resilient in the vineyard.  A medium-high vigor vine with consistent yields.  The wine has a distinct fruity flavor with good body and a green apple flavor.    This wine was  compared to “Chardonel”.
