The Cardinal strawberry plant produces very large sweet fruit. The vigorous, upright plants produce runners freely. Great for shipping, pick-your-own and home gardens. This plant is especially suited for Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri. Grows well in eastern states like North Carolina and Maryland as well. The Cardinal is resistant to leaf spot, leaf scorch, powdery mildew and anthracnose.
