Jujube trees are among the easiest fruit trees to grow. They are highly drought tolerant once established and are naturally resistant to most pests and diseases, making them a low-maintenance choice for home gardeners. These trees thrive in long, hot summers but are also remarkably cold hardy, requiring only about 150 chill hours (temperatures below 45°F) to produce fruit.

Plant your jujube tree in well-drained soil with half-day to full sun for the best growth and fruit production. Mature trees typically reach 15 to 20 feet tall and provide years of dependable harvests.
