1. We guarantee our stock will arrive to you in a live, plant-able condition or we will replace at no charge if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. If the packaging has been damaged, it is important for you to contact both us and Fed EX or USPS.
Shipping/Delivery Errors or Missing, Damaged, or Unsatisfactory Product
Our goal is to ship your order accurately and for it to arrive in good condition. Trees and plants are ready to plant when they arrive. Most plants and trees are shipped in a state of dormancy without leaves. However, accidents or errors sometimes may happen. If your delivery is damaged during shipping, is missing product, or contains damaged or unsatisfactory products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right! We will send you a free one-time replacement. If a plant is not available, we will issue you a full refund.
We guarantee our stock to be true to name.
Since the growth of nursery stock is determined to a large extent by the care it receives from the planter and grower, due to conditions beyond the seller’s control, including but not limited to soil and weather conditions, we cannot and do not warrant and guarantee growth.
Our warranty applies to plants that were ordered and planted between November 1st and April 30th and planted in the appropriate USDA Zones. If your plants or trees do not leaf-out we must be notified in writing by July 1st following planting and provided that the plants were not injured by improper use of chemicals, fertilizers, fumigation, buyer’s negligence, or weather. Claims after July 1st will not be accepted.
If you suspect that your tree or plant has not survived, we require photo verification, including evidence that you have performed a “scratch test”. We will issue a one-time credit to your account equaling the purchase price of the plant reported. This credit is good for twelve months from the date it is issued.
** Scratch Test – To see if the plant is alive use your fingernail and scratch the plant near ground level – if it is green underneath the outer layer of bark – the plant is still alive and should leaf out – continue the fertilizer program and water them. If the plant is brown or black beneath the outer layer of bark this indicates that the tree has failed to live.

Note: Additional shipping charges apply for 9 gauge wire and drip tubing. Please add $10.00 per roll for tubing and $5.00 per roll of 9 gauge wire. Orders that require multiple shipments may incur additional shipping charges.
When will my order ship?
Non Plant Orders: Generally ships within 7-10 from receipt.
Fresh Fruit: Generally ships late Aug and September depending on ripening.
Strawberry Plugs: Cold States – September. All other states – October and early November.
Our dormant plant shipping season is typically mid-November through mid-May.
Muscadines – mid-November through mid-May
Berry Plants – Early December through mid-May
Root Vegetables – Early December through mid-May
Fruit Trees/Specialty Fruits – Early January through mid-May
Nut Trees – Early January through mid-May
Northern Cold States – Mid- April through mid-May
We will ship your order when all items in your order are ready for shipment. If you would like for us to ship your order as the items are available, we can do that for an additional shipping charge. Just contact our office.
If you live in the colder northern states we do not begin shipping there until April. If you have a certain shipment date, please notify us and we will ship at that time.
