Asparagus is a hardy perennial vegetable that rewards gardeners with delicious, tender spears year after year. Once established, a well-maintained planting can produce for 15–20 years, making it one of the best long-term investments for the home garden.

Grown for its flavorful stems, or spears, asparagus is easy to grow and thrives when planted during the winter dormant season. A healthy planting can yield 8–10 pounds of fresh asparagus per 100 square feet each season.

Our asparagus is sold as one-year-old crowns, 10 per bundle, ready to establish quickly and provide years of productive harvests.
