Honeycrisp has become one of the most popular apple varieties thanks to its exceptional flavor and unique texture. The large, attractive fruit features a beautiful red blush over a yellow background with crisp, juicy flesh that delivers the perfect balance of sweetness and mild tartness. Its incredibly crunchy texture is often compared to that of a watermelon, making Honeycrisp a favorite for fresh eating.

This outstanding variety produces high-quality fruit that typically ripens in late September. Honeycrisp is perfect for snacking, fruit salads, and fresh desserts, and it also stores well under proper conditions.

Our Instant Orchard™ trees feature a ¾”–1″ trunk caliper and are typically 6–7 feet tall at the time of shipping. While fruit production is not guaranteed the first year after planting, many trees will produce early. By planting a larger tree, you’re investing in time—bringing your orchard to fruit-bearing age sooner and enjoying delicious homegrown apples earlier than with standard-sized trees.
