The Liberty Apple has a crunchy flesh with mildly tart flavor.  It is very a prolific bearer.  Fruit is large and has a yellow background with attractive red overtones.
Great for fresh eating, juice, sauce, cooking, canning or keeping.

Resistant to scab, fire blight and cedar apple rust

Cold Hardy. Ripens  in September. Zones 5-8.

A prolific bearer that excels where McIntosh won’t. Tree is low-maintenance due to its natural disease resistance to apple scab, cedar apple rust, fire blight, and powdery mildew. , a crisp white flesh, and a harmonious sweet-tart taste.
