The Prince Rabbiteye blueberry plant is an early ripening variety that ripens late May to early June. Prince also has an extended bloom period which helps protect plants early spring frost. This variety also does well in hot and humid climates. Prince is one of the earliest ripening varieties available and blooms five days before Climax. Prince is used in many commercial planting in the southeastern U.S. This variety is a great addition to your home orchard.
