The Ischia Fig (also known as Verte) Is a medium greenish-yellow fruit.  Pulp is strawberry red, with fine flavor and excellent quality. Compact growth habit, a natural semi-dwarf.  Summer crop are heavy. Birds do not find its green color attractive. This fig tree can produce two crops a year, especially if it’s grown in a warm location during the fall months to give the second crop time to ripen.

Required chill 100 hours or less.

Self-fruitful. Best in zones 7-10
